What to expect?

At this intense course, you will learn to independently operate, manage and follow up several IT projects simultaneously. You gain an understanding of how to create high efficiency in development processes and for different types of IT projects. You will learn different methods such as methods and waterfall models as well as opportunities for free certification in the PRINCE2 models. In addition to practical, you learn how to manage effective development in tech teams and get them to develop and grow within the framework of projects and how to create momentum and motivation in the team. You also learn how the AI tools available for you and how to work stretigeic with them.

After the first year, you have such an LIA internship where you gain important experiences for your upcoming working life. After the training, you become confident in the role of IT Project Manager. The University of IT has a clear LIA process for the students, which facilitates matching to the right company.

This Scrum Master Certification consists of two days of classroom-based training, combining instructor-led teaching and practical exercises. On the final day of the course, you will take a 1-hour Scrum Master exam to confirm your knowledge.
